General Description of the AI tool

The AI solution proposed is an English-to-Amharic and Amharic-to-English Speech-to-Speech system aimed at providing real-time translation of spoken English educational content into Amharic for blind students in Ethiopia. It leverages advanced speech recognition, machine translation, and natural language processing techniques to ensure accurate translation, contextual understanding, and semantic coherence. Additionally, adaptive learning algorithms personalize the experience, while usability enhancements prioritize accessibility for blind users.
