General Description of the AI tool
“Pioneers for AI” aims to create pioneer innovators that can understand AI, innovate using it and help co-create AI policies and solutions. This is happening by
– training citizens, professionals and companies in AI
– helping them network and innovate
– creating support networks
The programmes are tailored around the needs of each target group.
The innovation aspect is that “Pioneers for AI” is not just a training programme on AI: It is an initiative that creates AI capacity in organizations, and AI innovators across many fields, focusing on support for starting initiatives.
One of the most innovative aspects of the programme is that it includes People with Disabilities in the AI ecosystem, training and supporting them to work as data annotators, thus also helping develop better and inclusive AI systems.
