General Description of the AI tool

My Friend Lumii is a AI companion for K-12 students with built-in wellbeing support. It is aimed at K-12 families & schools to help support the students' academic efforts with a safe, intelligent, and child-friendly technological support. The students benefit from an ongoing companion that helps them become independent & curious learners, acts as a tutor (with customized lessons), and checks in on their well-being. Parents / teachers benefit from gap analysis, real-time data about students' progress, identifying gaps to close, areas where the student excels, and understanding their feelings.
