General description of the AI solution

The system will report on the status of achievement of the objectives and annual targets during the five-year plan period at national and state levels. The M&E system will incorporate the formulation, monitoring and evaluation plan, a monitoring and evaluation systematic framework and a results framework.The M&E system will coordinate and streamline the E-Agriculture activities at the state level.

A major objective of the E-Agriculture system is to track the flows of the implemented projects .
