General Description of the AI tool
Compar:IA is an AI arena for low-resourced languages, designed to create and publish open-source language resources while raising awareness on model plurality (beyond ChatGPT), cultural and linguistic bias, and environmental impact.
Users enter a prompt and receive responses from two anonymous models. After selecting their preferred answer, the models’ identities and environmental impact are revealed.
A model leaderboard will be available soon.
