General description of the AI solution

The solution is an Artificial Intelligence and Voice powered online platform available 24/7 that responds to thousands of legal questions instantly and shares legal knowledge via Website, Social Medias,Email, SMS and USSD channels. The services offered include:

How it works :
1. Send message
2. Message is processed by the AI powered system to understand intent, classify, sentiment analysis and routing to the correct handler based on the intent and classification
3. If the message is a new conversation to be handled when the old is not closed , then the system will require to finish the first case to go back to the new conversation later unless the user wants to close the old conversation . A conversation has a specific subject being treated or a service request.
4. If the message is not a new conversation, then check if there is an ongoing conversation, not yet closed.
If the ongoing conversation was between the Human handler and User, then the system redirects the message to the human. This happens when the solution to the submitted issue/question will be gotten via legal advice or there is no answer in the knowledge database.
Conversation was existing between the Machine handler and User,
If the new message needs human interaction(legal advice).
If it does then assign the conversation to human,
If not and requires legal information tries to get from Knowledge database,
If knowledge database has no matching answer, then notifies legal information database managers to add this needed information and request a Human handler to answer meanwhile
4. If requires a different service than legal information and advice
The system automatically responds to user based on what he has requested :
