General Description of the AI tool

Emberlight uses AI to monitor 180,000+ companies globally, detecting governance failures, financial misconduct, and ESG violations before they impact markets. Fine-tuned LLMs with agentic architecture analyze regulatory filings, legal records, to identify board behavior anomalies, compliance, and corporate crises. Capabilities: shareholder voting analysis, real-time regulatory alerts, and C-suite warning signals. Unlike premium legacy providers serving only elite, we democratize governance intelligence through tiered subscriptions – allowing 99% of investors to access real-time protection.
