General Description of the AI tool

Our tool is a multilingual AI-based chatbot network that integrates diverse architectures and local languages to improve access to public and private services. Built with a Human-Centered Design (HCD) approach, it supports Swahili, Sheng, and more, offering real-time, context-aware responses via agentic architecture. Using open-source tools like Llama-Index, Sentence Transformers, spaCy, and Chromadb, it ensures accurate, secure, and efficient interactions while seamlessly integrating APIs from government and private sector services.
