General Description of the AI tool
The Responsible Surrogate AI Framework transforms insights from marginalized users’ interactions with chatbots into actionable tools for developers and NGOs. It provides an anonymized dataset of sensitive AI-mediated dialogues, a design framework for inclusive chatbot development, and a proof-of-concept prototype. Together, these outputs help reduce bias, protect privacy, and expand safe digital participation, advancing SDGs 5, 10, and 16.
