General Description of the AI tool
DeepLeaf AI is an image-based agricultural AI model that detects crop health issues, including diseases, pests, weeds, and nutrient deficiencies across 55+ crops by simply taking a picture with mobile phone of the visible symptoms in a fruit or leaf and recommends organic and chemical treatments with the right dosage reducing residues to 0%. Using AI-powered analysis, it helps farmers take timely action, improve yields, reduce pesticide use, and access global markets through partnerships, making advanced crop monitoring simple, fast, and scalable for millions of farmers worldwide.
Relevant Research and Publications
Publications established computer vision foundation for multi-crop disease detection, validated deep learning architectures, provided training datasets for 800 anomaly types, demonstrated measurable impact on pesticide reduction and groundwater protection
