General Description of the AI tool

BioPrediction is an automated framework for predicting interactions among biological sequences, such as proteins. These molecules often interact for vital functions, and characterizing these interactions is a crucial step in drug and therapy development. BioPrediction is an end-to-end framework that builds a machine learning model entirely without human intervention, capable of predicting hidden interactions based on input data, including known interactions and molecular sequences. Given this, it is an accessible and democratic framework aimed at guiding and expediting research.
